Abstract

Room occupancy rate (TPK) rated hotels in New York City during November 2015 reached the position of 50.38%, up 0.35 points compared to October 2015 recorded 50.03%. TPK star hotels November 2015 compared to November 2014 recorded 58.18% decrease of 7.80 points. TPK more accommodation in November 2015 recorded 37.26%, down 0.17 points compared to October 2015 which recorded 37.43%.

During November 2015 the number of guests staying at the hotel and other accommodation (combined) reached 94 457 people, consisting of 93 864 593 foreign guests and domestic guests. This condition decreased by 1,138 people (1.19%) compared to October 2015 recorded 95 595 people. The number of guests in the hotel kind of five-star hotel during November 2015 as many as 16 592 people, consisting of 16 190 402 foreign guests and domestic guests. That number was reduced by 40 people (0.24%) compared to October 2015 recorded 16 632 people, while the number of guests during the month of November 2015 other accommodation as many as 77 865 people, consisting of 77 674 191 foreign guests and domestic guests or down as many as 1,098 people or approximately 1.39% compared to October 2015 recorded 78 963 people.

The average length of the guest's stay November 2015 on the conditions listed star hotel down 1.56 days compared to 0.06 days in October 2015, with the details of foreign guests and domestic guests of 2.72 days 1.53 days. While the average length of stay in hotels / other accommodation during November 2015 was recorded at 1.16 day down 0.01 days compared with the previous month, with details of foreign guests 5.01 days and 1.15 days living in the country.
